The Monday Morning Motivational Minutes (MMMMs) are probably the only emails that I look forward to receiving every week. These emails always make me laugh, reflect, and ponder with inspiration.
It is with great excitement and gratitude that I share Amit’s collection of MMMMs on this blog (with his blessing).
Backstory
I think the first set of MMMMs began after taking the Microsoft Management Training on Model Coach Care. It was meant to bring our team together, build a common bond, and start the week off with a sense of pride and purpose. Truth be told, I cant take full credit for it as many others do this; but my first appreciation of the MMMM was during my tour in the Navy. I was assigned to Navy Legal (NCIS; yes it’s a real thing); where my XO (second in command) sent this out each Monday.
