This is such detailed feedback and it has given me a deep level of understanding on what recruiters look for, while going through different resumes. Once I am done making changes, I will send a revised copy. Honestly, you have covered even the smallest details, from the choice of words to formatting, etc. I have no words to express my gratitude to you for the work you have put in. I hope I can return the favor someday! – P.D.

Your feedback is so useful! I used to hear the same advice you offer from the Career Centre of my school (be concise, quantify value add), but you framed it in a way I was able to truly understand and make real changes, especially regarding the impact I had during my experiences. Thank you so much! – A.S.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated, and I’ll work to incorporate these excellent improvements. [Later on…] I just wanted to let you know I’ve updated the resume based on your comments, and think it is drastically better than how it started. – R.H.

Wow! This looks awesome. Thank you so much for looking over my cv/resume! I greatly appreciate your expertise, feedback, and the time you took out of your schedule for the review. I will definitely need to take a different approach in writing how I’m adding value to an organization.
I also agree that I need to add quantifiable values and keep my talking points to a minimum. There’s a lot to tighten up and for sure I need to get back to the drawing board and rethink my approach. – S.R.
