Since 2023, I’ve been running career development workshops for participants of the Microsoft LEAP, a 16-week program for people who want to transition into a technical career path.

From retired NFL players to new-to-Microsoft folks, I’ve enjoyed presenting on this topic of “The Gift of Feedback,” which I believe is important for anyone who wants to advance in their career.
